3. Alpine Fondue & Night Skiing Starlight Descent
This is a must do for those looking for a night skiing experience like no other. After the mountains have fallen silent for the day, you’ll board the Sunburst Express chairlift for an exclusive twilight ride to the mid-mountain restaurant. A warm welcome awaits. Be struck by the stunning views of sunset while darkness falls across the resort.
Rich on European inspiration, savour this Swiss-style hearty three course fondue meal — rich cheese, mouth-watering cuts of meat, and, of course, decadent chocolate.
After dinner, one last treat beckons. Walking out into the alpine evening will reveal a freshly groomed 5 mile (8 km) ski run glittering in the moonlight. With the help of a head torch and a guide, you’ll click into your bindings and descend back to the warm glow of the village lights, while a myriad of stars blaze overhead in the crisp mountain air.
