Air Canada General Manager Australia and New Zealand, Vic Naughton, says “We are accelerating the restoration of our Australian and New Zealand routes to respond to pent-up travel between our countries as borders reopen.”

Update refund policy

Air Canada has announced an update to its refund policy with a full flight refund or Air Canada travel voucher with a 65% bonus should the airline cancel or reschedule a flight by more than three hours.

This will help to restore the confidence of Australian travellers who will be wanting to hit the slopes in the upcoming 2022/23 ski season.
